Analytics
Analytics, or scientific analysis, is the study of business data using statistical analysis in order to discover and understand historical patterns with an eye to predicting and improving business performance in the future. By analyzing your historical feed and client statistics you can learn more about how your data and clients are performing.
API

A simple HTTP-based protocol for creating and updating web resources that has been ratified by the IETF. Also known as RFC5023

Cost Per Action (CPA) is a billing metric commonly used whereby advertisers only pay when users complete some action (e.g. purchasing a product in an online store) after clicking through from some other web site or service. This metric is also employed by nooked.
CPC
Cost Per Click (CPC) is a billing metric commonly used whereby advertisers only pay when users click on advertisements on web pages. This metric is also employed by nooked.
CPM
Cost Per Mille (CPM) is a billing metric commonly used whereby advertisers pay for every thousand impressions of their advertisements on web pages. This metric is also employed by nooked.

Entry
An Entry is a container for all of the content specific to an individual object in an atom feed (or container). See the Atom Syndication Format specification for the technical details.

feedcommerce enables retailers to open their product information to all of the current and future Web platforms that reach consumers by making their product data available for anyone to us via feed syndication formats and feed publishing protocols.

A feed a list of items (entries), ordered by date of publication.

Gadget is another term for a Widget
GData
GData, or Google Data APIs, is the umbrella term for the various APIs that Google publish that allow third parties to integrate with their services. Many GData APIs are based on the Atom format and the Atom publishing protocol.
Google Base
Google Base is an open database for information hosted by Google. Google Base also defines a very comprehensive XML schema for product information that are commonly used to add extra semantic value to feeds and entries that are served by nooked.

hCalendar is a microformat that can be used to embed rich semantic calendar information into XHTML content - for example the contents of a feed entry. See the hCalendar wiki page.
hCard
hCard is a microformat that can be used to embed rich semantic contact information into XHTML content - for example the contents of a feed entry. See the hCard wiki page.
hListing
hListing is a (proposed) microformat that can be used to embed rich semantic product or service descriptions into XHTML content - for example the contents of a feed entry. See the hListing wiki page.
hReview
hReview is a microformat proposal that can be used to embed rich semantic product or service reviews into XHTML content - for example the contents of a feed entry. See the hReview wiki page.
HTTP Authentication
HTTP Authentication allows a client to authenticate when making a request to a HTTP web server. See Basic access authentication. nooked support the HTTP Basic variant, over http or (more secure) https as well as our API key authentication scheme.
HTTP Status Code
