Terms of Competition

  1. Sponsor: nooked Limited, BIC, IT Sligo, Sligo, Ireland
  2. Promotions are open aged 18 and over except employees or contractors of nooked Limited, nooked and their immediate families, the Sponsors advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion
  3. The competition begins at 00:00 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT") , 1 September 2008, and ends at 23:59 GMT, 31 October 2008 (the "Competition Period"). Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable
  4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You just need to provide an approved and valid website/location for your widget and email address - which is running through the month of September and October 2008
  5. By entering this promotion, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion
  6. The winner of the €1,000 prize will be selected in a random draw from all entries received by the closing date
  7. Winners will be informed by email or mail within 28 days of the selection date. Winners are required to confirm their win within twenty one (21) working days, otherwise they will lose their entitlement to the prize and the prize will be re-allocated
  8. By entering this promotion, the winner(s) consent to take part in any reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, and use on websites, magazines or newspapers at any time
  9. Only one entry per person per valid widget. Widget Spammers will be disqualified. Persons submitting more than one email address will be disqualified
  10. The Sponsor will not accept responsibility for loss through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or otherwise damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt
  11. Name and county of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a SAE marked Competition Winners, and the name of the promotion, "nooked widget competition", to nooked limited, BIC, IT Sligo, Sligo, Ireland, within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion
  12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland
